Awww thank you so much for that Ronnie, it is an amazing clip. It's so lovely to see the cubs looking so happy and healthy and just having an enormous amount of fun and mum is just so tolerant of them isn't she, they are such a lovely family.
One nice thing is, I know they are in captivity but that has afforded the time to relax and play like this without any worries of being attacked by Lions, we all know captivity is not ideal but I suppose somewhere along the lines it has to have some perks and this seems to be one of them for these little cubs and mum.

Brilliant Ronnie, a big thanks for that. Doogs, and Lai will be over the moon to see that when they come back off holiday.
I'm sure the long term aim is to release these Cubs back into the wild LW, Ronnie might know a bit more about it as he was the one who found the site in the first place

Hey everyone. You're right WS, the hopeful end to the Cubsters story will be their release into the wild. I know that day is quite some time away, but that will be a really hard day!

Here's another highlight video of the cubs being lazy after eating and playing.

That really is an adorable video clip Ronnie, I just loved the way one of the cubs snuggled up to Salome I love you .
I understand they are planning on releasing them back to the wild but I do have this worry that as they have led such a sheltered life and they can just laze around in the sunshine with mum without any worries at the moment, is this setting them up for a nasty fall when/if they are released?

Cracking video Ronnie thanks, and as you say LW, lovely the way one of the little ones cuddled up to Mum. We have seen where Cheetahs have been released not only by Simon King, but there was also a TV series that showed them gradualy being released. CCF also do it, I know its difficult, but like the £ Cheetahs that were the subject of much debate in Kenya, I think they deserve their chance at a real life in the wild as long as it's done properly.

Message from Africam on the Web Cam site

ATTENTION: We will be testing the night vision this evening (June 27). You are welcome to enjoy the sights and sounds during the testing process

Not sure if it will be on tonight, but it might be worth checking.

They are running the test, as I'm watching now. It's quite grainy, and slow, but it's only a test so hopefully they will improve it

Maybe I was just looking in at the wrong time yesterday evening WS. Just checked now and they are running the cam again tonight on test. It's still very grainy but they are there all huddled up together.

I was looking at some of the videos they have posted of the cubs and found this one. It is a slideshow using pics snapped by people using their photo grab feature. Some pretty adorable pictures!

This really is a lovely Cheetah family and thanks so much for the link Ronnie.

The cubs are really growing and this afternoon they have been having fun chasing each other around and climbing the tree. It's not so good geting pics from the outside cam, you really need to watch the link but here is one cub on the branch of the tree.

Your right LW its difficult to do justice to the Cubs movement, and play. just with pics, much better to watch if you've got the time

Looks like our Cheetah family are being a bit elusive today. Lovely animal sounds, sounds like a snorting Hippo somewhere but no Cheetahs at the moment.

Thanks for that WS, I haven't checked on them for a while and you can really see how the cubs have grown. It's lovely to see them playing with mum, they really are an adorable family and it's so evident how much mum cares for them, it was lovely seeing her play with them it almost looked as though she was tickling the cub when his legs were kicking all over the place, you could almost imagine him laughing. A great video to wake up to this morning cheers
