This photo was taken by a village resident who works with my sister, it was taken at 4pm this afternoon, it's only part of the flood here.

Luckily Doogs my house is further up the village but round the back of me is flooded but i am ok thanks and hopefully some of the flood would have dispersed by tomorrow morning. it has stopped raining now but we are forecast more overnight i believe so we will just have to wait and see what the morning brings.

My Mum and Sister are ok as they live in Worthing and not in Angmering Village, so they are not affected, my sister has rung me this evening and asked if i was floating or sitting Very Happy I told her at the time I was lying on the sofa with nero watching Springwatch lol!

Really glad to hear that LW and I hope it stays that way for you. Fingers crossed the rain is not too heavy this evening.

Glad that your Mum and Sister are also ok - good response to your sisters question Village Flood 40683

Surprise, Surprise, it's bucketing down again and I think it has been over night as well, so heaven knows what the village is like this morning, will just have to wait and see I suppose. I will turn the radio on in a minute and listen to the weather updates and road news etc.........may have to put arm bands on my car to get to work this morning Village Flood 40683

WOW affraid Littlewid - that's an awful photo of the flood. I do hope everyone is okay and that you are okay this morning and haven't floated away.

I can't believe you've got it so bad in the south.

Take care on the roads and hope the day gets better.
