Dolphins try to save companion
Clever, bright, intelligent and loving creatures. Animals sure do have the upper hand on us most of the time.

Thanks for this story LW of the delightful dolphins. I agree with you on the upperhand; such stories as these are probably a dime a dozen

What an amazing effort by those dolphins but such a shame the poor female appeared to lose her battle for life

Wow! This video is amazing. Such a perfect example of team work and helping family members survive. This makes me think that these dolphins could teach humans how to help and each other and genuinely care for each other. If humans have the same mentality as these dolphins, we could all be living harmoniously.

I quite agree with you there Elizabeth, we could learn an awful lot from these Dolphins, they put us to shame really don't they.

Definitely true littlewid. As a matter of fact I'm a little guilty of it. Often times, it takes animals to show us how cruel humans could be.

Very true Elizabeth, animals certainly have and show more compassion and loyalty than humans do and also ,I also believe there is love and respect amongst animals too. Time and time again they show themselves to be far superior than us mere humans.

What an amazing article and clip, dolphins really are such wonderful creatures. Such a shame the poor dolphin didn't make it.

Brilliant clip LW. It just goes to show how intelligent Dolphins are, and how clever they are at working together. I was thinking how many shouted instructions a group of humans would have to make to try to balance a Dolphin like that and keep it upright for so long. Just a bit sad the Dolphin did'nt make it
