I missed this story on the 26th Jan but thought it was too nice to miss posting so her is a tale of brave and clever Smartie.

I thought it was a lovely story too and he was so clever to push the seat so he could get in the front and on the windscreen but how clever to have come ashore out of the bad weather and be determined he wasn't going back in that rough sea. The name Smartie is just so right for him and I bet he was thinking put the heater and wipers on WS Very Happy

I can see that this is going to become a very popular word around here! And so it should be, given our love of phrases and regular use of particular terms. Although given our childishness (and your recent metamorphisis from 53 to 35) shouldn't it really be deductage?

This smart cookie is off again Laughing

Now you're talking wise words PP Smartie 3525291757 I think deductage should be added to the Oxford English Dictionary forthwith, henceforth and with immediate effect.

Me profound?! Loving your wordiness EE Very Happy

And this really works, because we always say, "and as the old adage goes", which means the opposite is, "and as the young deductage goes" Very Happy

Now we just need an apt phrase for this young adage!

Okay, I will try to start it: As the young deductage goes, it is always a positive to be childish, even or especially in adulthood."

Hear hear Giraffe albino king and apologies Littlewid, I think Onesie Man and I got carried away there! I am really liking this 'as the young deductage goes' it's kind of catchy.

Doogs you are spot on with those, I just love smarties, especially the blue ones Laughing didn't they take those out for a while as they made everyone hyper?

As the young deductage goes, it is always a positive to be childish, even or especially in adulthood."
This week's top quote for me I think cheers or rather for you P Smartie 3525291757 , but I agree.

I was thinking along the lines of smartie pants or smart asses, but I like your take Doogsy, and Lai, I guess we are these blue ones making everyone hyper Razz
