I had to share this pic of my parents Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Rusty

He had an 'accident' while out walking and got his coat covered in cow droppings an tangled in bushes. Drastic measures had to be taken and as you can see he got an all over haircut. He doesnt look impressed

I love you I love you I love you Oh Bless him PPH, he did get in a muddle didn't he but he looks gorgeous even without all his long fur but if he is anything like Nero, even though he is a Cocker, it doesnt take too long for the fur to grow back, Nero gets clipped short every 8 weeks, I suppose one blessing is it is a little warmer now but I must admit, he doesn't look too pleased does he Group Hug but I still think he is lovely I love you

What a Face Shocked Poor Rusty, what a shock for him, he doesn't look too happy! I am sure his coat will grow back in no time and he'll be as handsome as ever Very Happy

What a shame PPH. Dogs are devils for doing that, anything smelly is good to roll in. It's the wolf instinct kicking in, it hides their smell from prey animals. He picked the wrong time to do it though the tempretures going right down, and he could do with his furry coat. As LW says hopefully it will soon grow back so cheer up Rusty. You still look a handsome Boy even without your coat

Ooooooooooooh foxy poo - all dogs love it, it is totally disgusting and they say tomato ketchup removes it. Our dogs get washed with some detox stuff and they hate being cleaned after the delicious aroma of Fox poo.

Rusty has a brother George and my step mum thought that if you're going to do one dog, so that Rusty didnt feel too bad, then George got done too.

George before all cute and fluffy

Rusty 48795110

after, the phrase miniature rottweiler has been used

Rusty 60113210

but I can report that their lovely coats have now grown back
