I am sure a few of us remember these adverts for PG Tips......thank heavens time has moved on. Choppers is the last remaining Chimp and I hope they are able to help her integrate more with her own kind.

I do remember them and sadly I probably didn't think too much about how wrong it was. Thankfully we've now learned so much more about animals and their welfare. I hope Choppers will be okay, it's so sad to think what humans did to him.

WOW 42 years of age and doesn't he look great !

I hope Choppers can live the last remaining years of his life with fellow apes, that would really good if he could. He's certainly in the right place to teach him though, they do a wonderful job at Twycross  Choppers the Chimp 431638

Wow did'nt think any of the Chimps would still be alive, and it's great that Choppers seems to have made a bit of a break through in being with the other Chimps at Twycross. I agree with you Lai, in that I used to mlaugh, and enjow watching the commercials, but we did'nt know then what we know now, and if we had I'm sure there would be an outcry , I suppose it's good news that we know understand so much more about how we treat animals like Chopper.

Thank you so much for that Doogs. The link does work and I have signed it and also added my comments. I am disgusted with Unilever and thank heavens I only drink herbal teas, I would not buy PG Tips ever.
