Shame I wasn't doing it just now, one buzzard in the apple tree, 6 hen pheasants, 1 greater spotted woodpecker and zillions of great and blue tits

Thanks for the link Lai your array of birds sound like a song To rough here to even go out, wouldn't be able to breath. Hopefully it will be better for the count

that's a good variety Lai, your right it's a shame it wasn't the count when you saw them all. We have been very short on birds at the moment and to be honest this weekend my attention will be on Tiga making sure he is recovering well from his op but good luck to everyone else who is taking part

6 Hen pheasant

That's amazing Lai and I reckon it's because yours is the best Bird Hotel around......they will risk that dastardly Sparrow Hawk for all your tasty bird food
Seriously it's wonderful that you have so many varieties of birds visiting your garden, its a good sign isn't it.

Really brilliant selection you have Lai. We didn't do it as it really wasn't fit to be outside especially with my breathing problems

Thanks, it was fun and oh I forgot the Great Spotted Woodpecker
WS you certainly shouldn't having been outside doing the bird count and Littlewid you needed to be giving Tiga all your attention for sure
Sadly no Greenfinch this time and no Goldfinch but the Goldfinch came in later
