Although Cilla is incredibly overweight, I can really understand where her new owner was coming from. On the comments I though a lot of people would really gun for him about what he fed Cilla and his other dog. However, reading their stories you can genuinely see he was trying to give them a good life with lots of love and comfort food and I was pleased that people could see through the weight problem and see what a loving owner he is and that he genuinely cared for his dogs. He understands it was the wrong thing to do and they are now both on diets and I wish them well.

I'm not posting the story for shock, i'm posting it as I felt this was a really good man who's heart was in the right place, even if a little misguided. Both dogs had gone through a terrible start to life and he was just showering them with love. I think they are lovely dogs and will be stunning when they have a bit more of a waist I love you Very Happy

Oh dear, killing with kindness. You do have to watch pet's diets as we all know and I know he meant well but that's a lot of extra weight!
