Great Migration Safari with Mike and Judy Rainy
On Facebook, lots of great pictures and updates, well worth looking at:
Once again Judy and I want to say thanks all who like and follow our page.
We do indeed follow the Great Migration in the Mara Triangle once a Year for 8-10 weeks ( ) and this year we arrived here on the 2nd of August.
We are now nearing the middle of our 7th week and we and our guests have had a brilliant time. This year we have just 10 more days in this very special and very well managed Conservancy where wild animals and their habitats do indeed come First. The Mara Triangle is one of the best managed wildlife areas anywhere in Africa.
We will soon reach 12,000 likes and that has been reached in not quite 100 days. It is All thanks to your great interest.
With Dave Platford we will be posting lots of images from the 2012 season and also announcing our Safari Dates for 2013 later this week.
This page is also about other places in Kenya that we think are world class wildlife destinations - Amboseli and Tsavo West and Tsavo East as well as the North coast of Kenya as Far as Lamu - Judy and I will be visiting all of those places on a 3 week Safari in January with Lafayette College.
Later in 2013 in the last half of May we will visit Laikipia and Samburu too. This will be a special Safari for Students from James Madison University.
So please stay in touch after the Great Migration returns to the Serengeti. And help us stop the Highway that still threatens to cut through the Great Migration route FOREVER!
Please remember that in this time of the exploding human foot print and uncontrolled greed to steal more wildlife habitat for human use, most wildlife is struggling to retain natural habitat big enough and good enough just to survive in.
Please do not take the Gift of African wildlife ever for granted and please help us defend and protect what is left here in Kenya and elsewhere here in Africa .
Asante Sana - Mike

Re: Great Migration Safari with Mike and Judy Rainy
Your right it is weird Doogs, just tried it again, and it still would'nt let me view it, but I typed Mikes name in FB's search, and got in straight away . As you said some brilliant shots Rhino, Buff Boys in mud, Elles pushing against the tree trunks, and at the river. Giraffes, and Zebras, really to many to mention. Thanks for the nudge

I wonder if it is because you haven't 'liked' Mikes main page ? Maybe you have WS and if so why you sometimes can't see the pictures.
