I think it looks to young to be Sammy, or Scruffy. I think it's one of the later arrivals. The Cam does that if no one's operating it or ot goes into a 10 Sec cycle just paning from one preset point to another.
Thanks for checking Lai Pai

It does make you feel a bit pale when it does that Lai. I think the first one could be Sammy, but as you say there's loads on the beach now

You did well with a fast panning cam Lai Pai and looks as though there are more little ones, hard to find Sammy & Scruffy now I reckon. At least they all seem to be doing well up there in Scotland.
Thanks for the lovely pictures.

Plenty of activity today. I think the Male Seals have arrived, and I'm sure they start to mate soon after the Females have pupped.

Lovely photo's WS and I believe you are right, they do mate soon after the females have pupped.
I must try and check out this cam this week.

Not sure if this is sammy or Scruffy but it's a very wriggly seal pup who is getting quite big now.

Loads more growing pups on the beach.

I think it could be Scruffy, and I'm sure you would wriggle if you were lying on those rocks Looks as though there are a lot of Pups in that pic

Ooooo it does look nice and sunny there WS. It makes a change because when I have looked in lately it has been very windy and the sea has been crashing around, so it's nice for them to get some calmer weather.

And your right WS, I would be rather wriggly if I was lying on those stones......not good for your back No No

Lets hope it last for them a bit longer WS. Don't know about you but I feel happier knowing they are having nice weather and not battling the elements all the time, it must be hard on the little cubs. This nice weather gives them a chance to grow and feed a lot more safely.

That is such an affectionate clip between mum and pup WS, it was so lovely to watch I love you and did you notice the little bird at the bottom near the end that got in on the action lol!

It's wonderful to have this cam back again, thanks for checking on it WS and I have saved the link to my favourites.
