Now is coming into the Roe Deer breeding/Rutting season,it is the best time to see these animals as they seem to lose all their timidness. Was out at dusk last night and the Does are everywhere, but mostly singularily as they are now giving birth.
Had the bonus of seeing a lovely lean looking vixen who will also have cubs to feed now.

I want to move to your house TB. You have so much on your doorstep. Or maybe it is around us but we do not see it.
The deer at dusk sounds like a Simon King documentary Im very jealous.

I know its hard but a pic next time would maybe make me less green.

Off fishing in the morning,I found both deer and otter tracks last wednesday,so hope an early start will give me the chance of seeing who made the tracks.

I'm off to London in the morning TB, I would rather be having your day and seeing who made those tracks. We do pass Deer sometimes on our way, they can be very visible gathering on tree lined mound but more often than not they are hiding in the woods. It will be lovely if they are all gathered on the mound tomorrow.
Have a good day fishing and I hope you get to see who did make the tracks, look forward to hearing who it was.
