Had a brilliant idea Guys, after reading this. We could all sell up, and build are own Hobbit Houses, in a communal Wood, and have enough money left over at these prices to build another in Kenya. Then we can have the best of all worlds.

Brilliant idea WS, i'm in for that and as i'm even tidlier than PPH at just over 5ft if I stand up tall, I would be able to wear my heels in there and still have head room WAA Commune 40683 WAA Commune 40683
