Mara Meru Cheetah Project
I thought this site might be of interest to some of you cheetah lovers. They are looking for photos of any cheetahs taken in the Mara and Meru to compile a data base of all the cheetahs and their history. They also give information on how to identify a cheetah which is not easy to do. I have added their website address below.

Re: Mara Meru Cheetah Project
Thanks Safariman. I think my photos may be too old, as I haven't been to the Mara since 2010 but I will check them out.

Re: Mara Meru Cheetah Project
Thanks for the update Doogs.
I have been lucky enough to see the Oloololo brothers several times on my visits to Mara North. It always amazes me the vast distances cheetahs travel, much further than the other big cats.

Lucky you SM, seeing the boys. I suppose when you think about when you think about it with the reduced number of Cheetahs, the Males have to travel further to find a mate that might explain it.
Thanks for the update Doogs
