Read the story and it is such a shame that the Cub has been lost. Normaly a Mother Tiger would fetch the Cub out of the water, but it seems in this case it did'nt happen for some reason. Might be because she was a new Mother

I was talking about this to a friend at work today, we had both heard the story yesterday and found it so upsetting and we came to the same conclusion WS that it was probably because she was a new mum.
It really is so very sad to loose the cub like that and I suppose we will never really know why it happened as there was no cctv around that area.

An incredibly sad day for all concerned Sad

That really is the best news  Heartache for London Zoo 2224760601  and by the time Lai, Doogs and I get to the zoo they will be 3 months old so they should be venturing outside with a little bit of luck  http://i70.servimg.c  Don't worry WS we will stake the enclosure out to make sure we get some pictures, with 3 of us on the case we should be lucky........I am now even more excited about going, its just going to be fabulous, meeting up and fingers crossed seeing mum, dad and the new triplets......I can't wait  Heartache for London Zoo 853843

Thanks for the wonderful news CC  Very Happy
