I have just looked at the Tiggywinkles site this evening and Anne-Marie as you are putting up posts about Geece you might like to read Gozzle's story in their news, he is a baby Goose who had a broken leg that is getting better, his picture is touching. sambuka

I will have a look, thanks sambuka. And thanks for posting LW.
I'm just debating what to do about the hop along gosling up at the lake. I'm thinking I should phone the trust that looks after the lake and tell them and put it in their hands. I got a picture of his yesterday and his little leg is all twisted and poking out the water when he's swimming.

I think phoning the trust is a good idea. They may suggest called the RSPCA or something if they dont have any proceedures for this sort of thing.
The poor gosling sounds terrible!

Ok I've sent an email to Rockingham Forest Trust along with a picture I managed to get yesterday. I'll keep you updated ... sorry to hijack this thread!!
Just been reading Tiggywinkles. Lovely that they do diploma's there. I would love to do that, I wonder how much it costs? Hmmm, some more research I think.

Re: Tiggywinkles
Glad you let the Trust know Anne-Marie, caught up with it in your other post.
A diploma would be good, its free if you are 16 - 18 as its Government funded but it's sel paying otherwise, they give a telephone number for you to enquire on if your intersted. it would be lovely to do wouldn't it.
Tiggywinkles has a really lovely site, they are after items t be donated if anyone is interested in having a look, its in their help us section.
