I got in my car to go to work and this was on my wind screen.

What on earth is that? Very-s10

No very nice looking at all.

So I trawelled the internet and found it was the larvea of this:

What on earth is that? Lady-b10

How could something so beautiful come from something so ugly!

Mmmmmmmmmmmm good question. But think of Butterfly's and how they start out, also Damselflies and such like. Your little bug looks like it should be in a horror film ................ affraid

Oooooooo that is quite scary for first thing in the morning What a Face really ugly, i've not seen ladybird larvea before so I wouldn't have had a clue either, but it is strange like you and lai say that some of the ugliest things turn into the most beautiful, thats a lovely looking ladybird SM.

thats the first time I'd seen a ladybird larvea too, not at all pretty but I suppose its meant to look un palattable
