Mother bear rescues cub

Came across this earlier and thought I'd share. You can see how scared she was, yet she still perservered and saved her baby!!

They were both terrified but also both very brave and thank heavens for such a kind fisherman for pulling the cub to safety so that the mum could get him free, there are still good people out there.As you say Lai, a happy outcome.

Great find AM. What a brave Mother Bear as you sat LW you can tell she is frightend, but her Mothers instinct to save her Cub overcame it, and well done to the fishermen who saved the Cub from the weeds

Excellent outcome! They were quite spooked by it, but maybe a good lesson learn for the cubs.

Saw this today and it almost had me in tears ! Like everyone said, it had such a happy outcome and it was heartwarming to see the fisherman help, but it just made me think about how that mother bear was clearly scared and still trying to save the cub and that just demonstrates to me how much they love their cubs and want to protect them and how sad it must be for them when something happens to their cubs or hunters get them. God I'm totally waffling - what I'm trying to say is that it proves that animals do have feelings to all these people that think they don't.
