I nearly put this in the debate club, but we are really talking native animals to us I think? so decided to put it here instead.
I think it sounds as if Richard Branson went off a bit half cocked initially but is now doing the right thing by holding off whilst further studies are done.

A nice idea with good intentions but more research is definitely needed as to the impact they would have on the flora and fauna.
