I'm not sure if this has already been posted but it looks like the penguins don't like being outshone by the pandas

Re: Panda's at Edinburgh Zoo
Colic is nasty at the best of times and I imagine worse for animals as they don't really know whats happening, apart from they don't feel too good. Good to know they are both getting better though, poorly Pandas

Re: Panda's at Edinburgh Zoo
Such a shame for the Here's hoping they both make a full recovery.
There's a programme on about the Panda's coming to Scotland on BBC 1, Wednesday. Now I would have thought if I can get BBC England, Wales, NI etc etc on my Sky then down south you can get BBC Scotland ?
Presuming you can, the programme is called:
Wild About Pandas
BBC 1 Scotland
8pm
Wednesday 1st February

Re: Panda's at Edinburgh Zoo
It's shown as a regional variation in RT this week as BBC1 Scotland - so I am thinking not, which will be a great shame.
I'll flick through Sky and see ......

Re: Panda's at Edinburgh Zoo
Thanks for that Doogs it will be an interesting watch.
We can get it on sky Lai, it says in my TV mag which is TV & satellite
Local variations, BBC1 Scotland sky 101/971 and all it advertises for the day is the Panda programme.
Looks like we can see it

Thanks Littlewid - I'll go and look and Sky+ it.
Had a look at 971 and it's not listing further than 'Pointless' but at least I've found the channel. Littlewid.

Re: Panda's at Edinburgh Zoo
Gosh that's most but good that everyone is going to get it - eventually !!! It sometimes happens with us that you'll get a programme down south but it doesn't come up to Scotland for a few weeks (must take it's time to get up the road ). I am currently watching/recording Safari Vet on ITV London throughy Sky as it hasn't started up here yet.
Anyway, back to the - another one that's on my Sky Planner, will hopefully get a chance to watch it tonight.

Re: Panda's at Edinburgh Zoo
It's a shame but I agree with their last paragraph
There's always next year .............
"Baby cubs would have been a bonus this year, but we have to appreciate that the pandas have only just arrived and have had limited time to settle."
There's always next year .............
