My immediate thought was Barn Owl too WS, but checked some pics I have and thought not as the face is flatter for a Barn Owl.
Mmmmm will need to guess again TB but thought the eyes were pretty similar and I cant find another owl with the same colour beak, lots of them are black so i'm a tad scratch at the moment but loving the challenge.

Banham in Norfolk,not far from Thetford,also where the Snow Leopards are,quite a pleasant little zoo with some decent enclosures and staff that are both knowledgeable and seem to take pride in what they are doing.
