Awwww what a lovely clip WS, really enjoyed watching that :)
My it very skinny when it arrived but we all know Born Free will look after her well and fatten her up in her own good time
Loved hearing her purr and she does realise she's a Cheetah and not a leopard climing up that tree

Re: A New Life
Such a shame she was stolen from the wild but at least she will now be well looked after by the Born Free Foundation and also fattened up a little, bless her she was realy the size of a small domestic cat. I too loved her purring and wasn't it great she still had her fighting spirit when she saw the adult cheetah. I agree Doogs, Cheetah or Leopard climbing that tree
A lovely clip, thanks for that WS.

Lucky little cub !
So glad to see a happy ending for this story. The cub looked very skinny at first, like it hadn't been fed well ,but has grown into quite a healthy looking little fellow with a wonderful PUUURRRRRR. I wonder if they're going to try to rehab him into the wild like Simon King did with Toki

Re: A New Life
I'm not sure the Cheetah will be released back into the wild Profwood, it all depends on the facilities, and time Born Free have there. There are organisations that do release programes for Cheetahs bu as far as I know thre are none in that area, but at least its safe now

Re: A New Life
Like WS says Profwood, not sure if she will be released back into the wild but as I said before, at least she still had her fighting spirit which will serve her well.
