Black Rhino talk - Chester Zoo
If you live near Chester Zoo and are interested in conserving the Black Rhino, this may be an evening talk you would like to attend on Thursday 13th September.
Heres a link that also has a small video explaining some of the conservation Work that Chester Zoo does and how to get tickets for the evening.

Thanks Littlewid. We live about 50 minutes away. I will talk to Pete tonight, I will only just be back from 5 days away with my mum in Brussels so it may not be possible.
Looks like a fascinating talk though.

Re: Black Rhino talk - Chester Zoo
If I lived nearer Lai I would definiately be going but Chester is such a long way from me.
I think it would be a really fascinating and interesting evening too and it will be lovely for you if you can go but I do understand it would be hard after being away and only just getting back, fingers crossed it will be possible. They seem to do so much behind the scenes for conservation and I really hope the talk is well attended.
Why are these things always so far away or always at the wrong time
Do let us know if you are able to go and also look forward to hearing about Brussells, it's not a place I have been to before.
