Splodge....The Story continues!!

Some of you will remember Splodge as he was last shown, an adorable little fellow that captured my heart and especially for one big reason, he was my Shebah's nephew born two days before she sadly died.
Heres Splodge as you remember him.

Well the day is nearly here, the big day for Splodge's arrival is 10th June and I am so excited, it can't come soon enough. So I thought I would post the very latest picture of Splodge so......................................................................................................

Here She is, yes Oooops Splodge turns out to be a little Girl for the first time in 16yrs my dear old sister has got it wrong apparantly it's very rare to get a pure red and White girl out of the pairing that created little Splodge, it's usually a boy, so my sister just assumed as per normal it was a boy, until they all went to the vets for their first vaccination and the vet put paid to me having a little boy by revealing the truth.
It kind of makes Splodge even more special as she is Shebah's Niece and a very special kitten indeed......did her being a girl make any difference to me wanting her as I desperately wanted a Red boy......oh no, she is my Special Angel and I am blessed to be having her.......so heres my very special little girl....Splodge.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah Splodge has turned out to be a beautiful girl, how lovely and if that is unusual then it is surely a sign that you were meant to have her especially as she is Shebahs niece

She looks adorable and i bet you can't wait until 10th

I am so looking forward to the 10th June Lai, it will be wonderful to have her here finally, it's been a long wait for her to arrive and I bet these last few weeks go really slowly.
She is a little unique being a pure Red and White girl with no other colours at all, they usually have some other colour as well but Splodge is just red and White.....maybe she is a good omen for the World Cup.....The St george cross Flag
I will be seeing her tomorrow and will take a few snaps of her to post on here.

I went and saw Splodge over the weekend, a few times actually, and took loads of pictures, too many to post so I will try and pick the best ones.
She is so adorable and apears to be very cheeky......just what I like in a cat, she was definiately on the fidgit and not into posing at all, so it was snap, snap and see what came out.

Oh LW. She is just so adorable!! You should get some of those pictures blown up and framed as they look like she's been on a photoshoot. She is certainly a very special little kitty!! I'm excited for you.

She is turning into a stunning little cat! Those beautiful eyes.

Can you do a countdown clock and post pictures of her official arrival into your family. (Any excuse to see more of Splodge,such a sweetie)

Thanks for your lovely comments Anne-Marie. definiately no photoshoot, just me with my little digi cam but I think she is adorable too.

A countdown SM, I will see what I can do, I do have some more pics of her and will be seeing her again at the weekend. When she arrives the cam will be on constant flash, flash and then you will be begging me to stop

Went to see Splodge this afternoon. Only 4 days to go now until her arrival.
She was playing with her brother and sister today, demolishing what is left of the tickle stick......they were definiately going to finish it off.


Aunty Sambuka is keeping a watchful eye on the proceedings

Thanks Lai, I am soooooo excited, it can't go by quick enough. Splodge is photogenic but she is also a little madam, into everything and quick to cause trouble I feel.....going to be lots of fun I think and i'm sure she is going to be a curtain climber!!!!!

Oh no shredded curtains not something my dogs do, but i imagine cats are into climbing anything and everything

I know guys I can't believe it either, she has grown lots and now only 2 days to go or 1 1/2, which ever way you count it, let me see if I can find a pic I haven't posted.

Aunty sambuka is a darling and puts up with alot but yes she would pounce back she loves the kittens but like any female who has been a mum herself, she wont stand any messing.

Oh yes one more day to go got to get the housework done this evening so I don't have to do it tomorrow when little Splodge arrives, tomorrow evenings all about cuddles and photos.....well thats my plans.....don't know about Splodge
