My Best Friends a Rhino
An amazing story after a horrendous start in life. I hope this friendship lasts.

An incredible story, such an amazing bond must have been formed between Anne and Jimmy. So sad that his mother was killed by poachers but what an incredible rescue and a wonderful life he must now lead.
That's definitely the story of the day for me today Littlewid - a great find and a big thanks.

What a lovely story and pictures of Jimmy, he's amazing. Well done to Anne for looking after/taking care of him, he obviously appreciates what she did as he still comes back to visit even though he is free

Re: My Best Friends a Rhino
A marvellous post LW It's a very heart warming story, especially coming so recently on the back of the news of further rhino killings in South Africa.
I really like the kiss through the window
I think it's an American term, but some people say that to open a lock, you sometimes have to 'Jimmy' it. I find this rhino's name appropriate, for clearly he has unlocked a great deal of happiness into Anne's life.

Now my day has been made! for the compliments guys
WS, last night I was thinking that you belong at Augusta; you know where they hold the US Masters. Because there is a lot of "you da man" going on
