This is such a sad story and very sad pictures. I am hoping it is just something they have eaten and not deliberately killed.

I hope so to LW, but it does'nt look good. The family group have clearly been living in that area fpr many years. So if they've eaten something thats poisoness its only been recently introduced. It really is a tradergy

Sad What a sad story and some horrendous looking photos of the dead eles. I do hope it isn't deliberate poisoning but imagine it probably is.

An update on little Joe the Pygmy elephant who's mother died of poisoning. He is so very cute Elephant behind
