WWT Slimbridge - Published on 21 Nov 2013

With migration in full swing, hundreds of birds are arriving in the South West every day to spend their winter months here. You can keep up-to-date with changing landscape through the seasons with Wildlife Weekly, a new video filmed at WWT Slimbridge.
In this first episode, warden Martin McGill gives tips on what you can see at this time of year, and advice on how to feed the birds in your garden

What a lovely clip Lai. Slimbrdige is not a WWT that I have been too, just my local one In Arundel. They have a fantastic array of migrant birds there dont they and some useful feeding tips there as well. It makes me realise I need another trip to my WWT to see all the igrant bkrds tnat are flocking in at the moment.
Hopefully you will be able to post their next update for us..........please Very Happy

I haven't been to Slimbridge since the 80's but we are arranging a reunion for about 10 of us next March for those who went to Shetland this year, which should be fun.

I'll try and keep this thread updated Littlewid when they release more clips.

Our feeders are busy WS, so many Goldfinch at the moment Very Happy
