Re: Masai Mara Safaris
Only just spotted this Doogs after spotting a post on Aatish's FB Page. Will check it out tomorrow.
This is his FB post. Sounds like fun
Aatish Patel
Mara update.
Arguably the most amazing day we have ever spent in the Mara. This morning we started off with olive, who literally tried to cross a swollen Olare orok river and nearly ended up getting swept away.
After that we saw two cheetah kills from start to end (one was a single female cheetah and the second being Amani and her three cubs). After that we had Malaika on the car.
The best bit was after Amani's cubs had fed all three decided to play on our car. We had one cub on the bonnet, one on the roof and one at the back on the spare wheel. Although they did rip off the tyre covers, it was just an amazing sighting and day. Here is a short video of one of the cubs in the bonnet. Our guests had an absolute blast. Will post more images later on! — with Jay Kang'e and Aashit Patel.

Re: Masai Mara Safaris
that does sound amazing. I spoke to the guys last year and they had never had a cheetah on their vehicle before then just a few weeks later Malaika did the business for them - now it's happened to them again not that long after

A beautiful tribute as you say Doogs to Olive thanks for the link. I tried posting a comment on the Boys page, but get it to work for some reason.

Another update today from the boys :- http://aatishpatelsafari.blogspot.co.uk/
"After the death of Olive (Wednesday, 25th September), Bahati began showing some interesting signs and she looked like she had the intention of taking over Olive's territory" - if anyone is going to take over Olive's territory I hope it's one of her own flesh and blood so you go girl Bahati
