How amazing is the turn around for this beautiful dog and I agree with Seans sentiments, many dogs in shelters are put down to end their suffering but maybe with a bit more thought and care and time, many more can be saved and have their lives turned around. I hope Sean can raise the money for new premises.
The pictures of Tiny before his health is restored are very sad to see but the Tiny that lives now is just incredible  I love you

Such a lovely happy ending for that poor dog. I am so horrified that he was in such a state, and you wonder really how people can let that happen to another living creature.

I've shared the article on FB and Twitter to raise awareness.
