WAA Blog Awards of 2010

WAA members follow numerous wildlife blogs from around the world. We have decided to give the best wildlife/animal blogs the recognition they deserve by nominating blogs to put to the vote (by poll). Nominations need to be received by midnight 22nd January. Please add your nomination to this thread with a direct link. Please ensure only one nomination is received per blog. If the Blog you wished to nominate is already listed you are welcome to add a different blog of your choice.

On 23rd January we will add a poll of all the blogs to vote. The final vote will be on 30th January and the blog most voted for will become the WAA Blog of 2010 with an award Graphic to add to their blog.

The Admin team will be in touch with the Author of the Blogs nominated alerting them to their nomination and providing them with a WAA Nomination of 2010 button.

To clear things up. You have untill the 23rd of Jan midnight Sunday to nominate a Blog then the nominations close.
You then have from the 23rd of Jan untill the 30th Jan to vote for which of the Nominated Blogs you would like to win.

Yes Lai this allowed, as there was some confusion over whether there should one nomination, or the Blogs with the most nominations went forward to a vote off. So if you would like to nominate Paul Kirui please feel free to go ahead

Thanks for the nominations guy's. It is one nomination per blog, so if you have nominated a blog that has already been nominated you can nominate another blog if you wish. Please also remember that if you have nominated a blog after it has already been nominated that will not count as a vote for that blog as votes do not start until midnight on the 23rd when a poll will be put up to vote.
All blogs will go to the vote and receive a nominated button for their blogs, then the most voted for blog will win the Best Animal/Wildlife button for their blog and all the other blogs will receive a recommended button for their blog, so in escence

The winner receives a Nominated button and the Best Animal/Wildlife button

The rest will receive a Nominated button and a Recommended Blog button.

Hope that makes it all clear and supports WS's earlier comments.

I saw this on Facebook, and as a long time follower of Jonathan ,and Angela Scotts Blog, I would like to nominater them for your Award if thats alright. I'm sorry, but when I try tp put the link to their Blog up, your Forum does'nt appear to allow that. Perhaps you could do that for me
