Re: Masai Mara Safaris
I thought the photos of Olive, and Lorian were brilliant as well. Aatsh will be back in Kenya around the 30th/31st of Dec. He's going to let me know a couple of days before he goes on Safari again so we can keep an eye on his Blog

Great news that Aatish is going to give you the 'heads up' before returning to the Mara and even better that it's not that long away We will look forward to your nudge WS

Hi,
Yeah will definitely send you an email just before i leave. I am not sure about Shakira and the girls. To be honest the last time i ever saw the four of them together was this year in jan and they were on the mara triangle side. The girls were nearly as big as Shakira and they have definitely left to fend for themselves. It is very difficult to know exactly where they are, since cheetahs move a lot and the serengeti borders the mara, they could have even moved there and set up a home range for themselves. when i get to mara i will ask around and hopefully will get some good news. I will be with Paul when i go there so i will even talk to him about the matter.
Yes i heard that Paul donated his shots and i even had a look at them. I spoke to him about it as well. When i first met Paul it was great of him to share his passion for photography and pass it on to me. otherwise i wouldnt be able to share all my images.

Re: Masai Mara Safaris
Thanks for posting those on the site WS. I'm really looking forward to Aatish being back in the Mara and getting all his updates and seeing his amazing pictures. You've also reminded me to let Paul know the total raised for Rekero, with everything that has happened lately it has gone out of my mind, so I must rectify it.

Thanks Lai,
Doesnt Shingos 6 cubs look well. They have turned into stong looking cats from the fluff balls they were.
Olive is a fab mum and her two little cubs are so adorable!

Re: Masai Mara Safaris
The first cub picture is brilliant and the other jumping over the river is a great capture too. The updates are one thing and the photos great too, but Aatish putting them together makes this one of my top blogs to follow!
SM
PS. What about a blog roll? And an award badge our top recommended blogs can put on their blog?
