This is proberbly to late for everyone, but I saw this in todays Daily Express it's on tonight On BBC2 8-3pm

That doesn't make for good reading does it WS. I will be watching it, so thanks for posting.

It was bad that we have missed two major targets and I am glad that they are going to be monitoring the farmers for the effect they are having on improving things with the paid scheme, I feel it should be monitored.But also good on the farmers for trying to help the change, they have one of the biggest means of changing things for the better. The programme also helped to highlight alot of issues which I think was good.
