That's an interesting but sad read WS - looking through the list of 40 I think the only ones we see here are the turtle dove and the kestrel, which makes you realise just how bad things have become.

its a shame that birds that were abundant years ago are now in decline. The only one I get which is on the RSPB red list is the Tree Sparrow but is not on the list above
