Otmoor Nature Reserve

Sorry I've been a big quiet but I've had major internet problems but all is now well. I went today to Otmoor Nature Reserve and here are a few pictures I thought you'd like

Glad your back PPH . Lovely to see all the different wading birds, Ducks, and the Swans. Bet it was a glorious day there, Hot, and Sunny by the looks of it. Thanks for sharing the pics

We missed you PPH glad you're all sorted now. Looks like you had a great day at Otmoor, what a peaceful looking place with all the birds. I've just had to look it up to see where it is and it says you can see Hobbies there - no pressure for your next visit/photo opportunity

How's the job hunting going PPH ? I thought of you the other day when I ordered a pack of window stickers from the RSPB

they do have Hobbies there and also Red Kites, I had the most wonderful experience when we pulled up and was walking through the car park a Red Kite was flying right above us. I couldnt get the camera out in time but next time is a definate

Keep your shutter finger at the ready PPH. It would be great if you managed to get a shot like that

But at least you saw the Red Kite PPH and it's one you'll keep in your memory - often better than fighting with the camera

Hi PPH, The Reserve looks lovely and you had a glorious day for a visit. Looks so peaceful!

Red Kites are stunning, how lucky were you to see one right above you! Pity about the camera, but I think trying to get those kind of photos depends on luck as well.
