Weekend Exploring
I've had a busy weekend and finally sorted out the pictures. Saturday I went to the RSPB HQ in Bedfordshire and on Sunday I went for a walk around a small National Trust nature reserve (where I found the elusive feather)
Firstly the RSPB HQ pics
The house was built by Robert Peel (founder of the police force) father who made his money making fertiliser
Woodland walk
No birds on the feeder when we got there as a Sparrowhawk had flown over just before we went in the hide, but a rabbit was willing to take a chance
A squirrel took advantage of the situation too, squirrel proof feeders?? I don't think so
Beautiful tree canopy

Glorious pictures PPH. Love the cute rabbit and squirrel pictures and the woodland walk is beautiful. What a wonderful setting for the RSPB HQ. Bet you had an amazing time.

Re: Weekend Exploring
That looks like a really wonderful place to walk through PPH. Some great photos there, thats a very brave or foolish Rabbit, and Squirrels do what Squirrels do. Love the shot of the Grey Heron on the far side of the water, looking for Fish. Thanks for sharing your experience of RSPB HQ.

Some beautiful photos PPH of a very peaceful looking reserve, I bet it was wonderful to visit. Lovely to see unspoilt woodland areas and it seems like you are enjoying your new camera
Thanks for sharing PPH
