Looking forward to our weekend in London then my pre-flight nerves will kick in on Sunday night (so no for worrying !) and for just a wee while I will be dreading going to Kenya - I hate flying that much

I've got worse as I've got older 
Used to be able to sleep no bother but now I'm so worked up I can't 
my body refuses to relax enough to I've even tried valium and that didn't make the slightest bit of difference ! :|
I do tend to watch at least a couple of films to pass time (I remember bubbling to Hachi on the way to NY last year !) so that does help and of course a few Jack Daniels never go amiss

...... the sleeps are really passing by now, it wont be long till AM and Doogs are there . Such a shame you don't like flying Doogs, it's the start of the holiday and it's a shame you can't enjoy it.........maybe some hypnotism would help with your fear of flying.......just a thought.
