I wonder why the Leopard attacked the Python, I didn't think that would have been its normal prey? I too felt sorry for the Python Lai as it was minding it's own business and I got the feeling it knew the Leopard was there and it was just trying to stay still so as not to attract attention to itself. I hope the Python got away in the water. Thanks for posting the clip WS as it does make me wonder why that happened.

What an amazing clip !!! I suppose that must be the 'predator' instinct in the leopard to go after the Python. Looks like we're just to have to wonder what happened next scratch

This type of attack has ben recorded before. I think that unless the Python was badly injured it would have got away, they are much faster in the water than a Leopard.

I wonder was it along the same lines as why buffs attack lion cubs???? Very strange, but not happy viewing.
