Fog and High winds kill migrating birds
This is just so sad and must have been awful to witness. Makes you realise how important our feeding stations are.

That is a sad article, the weather can be very cruel to nature at times

Nnature is indeed so very cruel. It is hard to see one animal suffer but to see so many birds suffering must just have been dreadful, it's a great loss to some of those species.

That really is terrible news. Some of those species can hardly afford to loose numbers, it could bring them to the edge. To loose so many Birds .
could be devastating. I wonder if they'll cover it in Autumnwatch.
