Lai that little Kisskadee had so much guts to do what she did as she could easily have been killed. I think it was only because the HH was on a flying lesson so to speak and was focusing on the prey set by the handler that the little Kisskadee got away with it. There were apparntly other birds in the area but it was only this little one that had the guts to see it off, she really is a very brave Like a Star @ heaven

It amazing how the raptors get mobbed by smaller birds but that really was one extreme to the other. I'm so pleased the Kiskadee was okay Very Happy

affraid What a fantasticly brave little Bird. I've seen Magpies, and Blackbirds do it, but never one so small. That Kiskadee's a Like a Star @ heaven

Being a mum has obviously given this little bird the heart of a lion - amazing story and wonderful pictures Cool

In this instance it has a very apt name - The Great Kiskadee Wink
