Stunning pictures capture the moment a kingfisher enjoyed a cool dip as it hunted for fish

Striking blue and orange bird can reach speeds of up to 25mph as it dive-bombs into rivers and lakes to catch prey
Rambler Mark Bridger, 44, captured this darting kingfisher kicking up spray as it hit water in Kent countryside

OMG those pictures are exquisite, every single one of them. In fact the water almost looks like ice, they really do have the WOW factor. I love Kingfishers but I never realised they hit the water at 25mph, thats some hit for a little bird.
