Otter Cub Saved in Scotland

I wonder what happened to her mother WS? At least she is safe and being cared for and she will eventually be released into the wild. We all know about leaving wildlife alone before wadding in incase the mum is still around but it must have been hard for that family to leave her crying for an hour before they called for help. Fingers crossed she has a long and happy life.

That's a lucky little otter, such a shame she was without her mother but great that she was rescued and now has a chance.
