Thanks for that clip WS - real heart in your mouth stuff. That was a deep hole little tootie was stuck in and the adult Elephant behind were none to happy about being chased away so the people could help get the calf out No

Great team effort to free her and glad it was a happy ending - it actually made me cry seeing that little one running to meet her mum then you saw mum running in the opposite direction to meet her calf, so sweet and an obvious strong bond between them I love you I love you I love you I love you

So heartwarming. And so lovely to have a happy ending for a change. I had so many tears watching this.

Oh My Goodness, I had missed that one the other day but what a rescue and such a fantastic reunion, it had me crying too, Mum and Calf running towards each other was just so heart wrenching. I felt so sorry for mum at the beginning though, she just wanted to stay with her calf and you could see she was so distressed at being chased off, thats when its so tough that you can't tell them you are there to help.

A fantastic story and clip WS and such a brilliant rescue.
