As it seems that a thread hasnt been started for this year's glitterball action I thought I would start one

Who will go out this weekend?

When will Artem realise that I'm the woman for him and come and take me away from all this?

Brilliant you started the Strictly thread PPH as we have been posting in the lets chat, so its great to have a dedicated thread  

Whos my fav, well thats difficult, I like so many and now their names have gone from my head but one of my real favs is Julien, I know he isnt going to win but he tries so hard and is really loving it and he seems so nice. I also like the news reader Susannah and also the girl who does countdown. Plus the rugby player and is it Matt Taylor Dawson, I also think Deborah the Dragon is nice and good........ I love her horses  there are others I like too. Natalie is very good but I cant warm to her and I believe she has had dance training in the past.
I did like vanessa and although I would have liked her to stay im pleased she went and not Julien.

Do you want us to start a campaign for Artem to dump Natalie and damce with you  

Looking forward to this Saturdays, this season is a great one.

Well girls its Saturday night and Strictly is here again   I am not sure what the theme is for tonight but it will be great whatever it is and im sure PPH doesnt care what theme it is, as long as she sees Artem dancing

getting excited about tonight's Strictly

It was sad that James and Vanessa went out last week but I do love Julien and he is having so much fun this year

I think it was said that Natalie did have a bit of dancing training when she was at stage school but the rules say that you can compete unless you've had specific latin or ballroom training

I like Rachel from countdown and think she may be a bit of a dark horse, although I really love Dave Myers for entertainment purposes and the effort he puts in

Just heard a bit of gossip why the lovely Erin Boag is not on Strictly this year. It turns out she is pregnant     

congrats to Erin and her husband, she said she is planning on being back on Strictly in 2015 if her fitness levels are back up

Well last night was another great show, I have to confess I missed the week before   There are so many characters and people I really admire at this stage.

For me Dave Hairy Biker is just brilliant, so entertaining and really trying hard and he has my vote, I know he won't win but he is a real   Deborah M also really fun and trying, although last nights dance didn't suit her at all   Julian is wonderful and so full of enthusiasm, I hope he isn't in the bottom 2 again and gets out of another dance off.  Mark also seriously made me laugh last night, wow he is full of fun.  Sadly Nathalie may be able to dance but she leaves me completely cold and so does Abby.

Can't wait to tonight to see what happens

How odd, I have just read about Erin on the internet, Congrats to her and her hubby.

I agree about Abbey and Natalie Lai, they leave me cold too and I am sooooooooo hoping that Julien is not in the bottom two tonight, I would like to see Abbey go, the judges are so nice to her but others are better and nicer.

What about Craig having a hip operation? Sounds as though he may not be there tonight, oops just remembered Sundays is always filmed on a Saturday isnt it, or have I got that wrong?

No, you're right Littlewid, it is filmed on Saturday and shown on Sunday     I wish they'd go back to it all on Saturday  

I am so going to miss Craig when he is off having his hip op it just won't be the same without him   My mum has just given me his book 'Dance Floor' I can't wait to read it  

Fingers crossed Julian is ok tonight and Dave and Mark and Deborah .....................

I was really sorry to see Julien go on Sunday, I really liked him and he tried soooooooooooo hard, it wont be the same without him  
It was surprising to see Rachel in the bottom two, I am wondering if the public was inf.uenced by the Judges as I get the feeling they dont quite like her. Again Abbey and Natalie got great comments, Natalie is good but as I said before I cant warm to her or Abbey but I am pleased Dave and Mark were saved.

I will miss Craig too Lai, I wonder if he is going to be replaced for the rest of the season or if they will work on 3 judges...........who could cover his spot?

Do let me know when you have read Craigs book and what you think of it, I imagine it would be really interesting.

My mum and I are going to some friends tonight to watch Strictly - I am already wearing my Strictly Confidential T shirt  

I wonder who'll be in the bottom 2 tonight?  

As you said Littlewid, last week was surprising and I was so sorry to see Julien go   he was such a character and so enthusiastic.  My least favourite at the moment is Fiona, she looked very grumpy when the judges were criticising her rumba last week  

I'll let you know what the book is like once I've read it, I'm still reading Jonathan's leopard book

such a good show last night but it seemed to lost its fun now Julien has gone.

I know what you mean about Natalie and Abbie, they dance brilliantly but there just doesnt seem to be any connection there. I think Rachel might be in the bottom two tonight as her dance was good but just as she isnt a performer it loses a bit. I'm loving Susannah Reid and Kevin, I think Kevin may be moving up to being my fave professional dancer, although I dont think he can remove Artem from my affections, I hope they go far as I love watching their dances

Poor Rachel, a really bad choice for her, bad music, bad costume, bad makeup and awful choreography.  The whole thing just didn't suit her, she's far too nice and bubbly to look like that  

Other than that a great show and Dave was superb as ever for entertainment value.  My mum and I did 9 votes for him and the friends we were with also voted for him   Even Craig couldn't help laughing and it was great to see him there after his hip operation.

I agree PPH Kevin is wonderful, he looks so young though.

I wonder who will go tonight?

I was soooooooo pleased to see Craig was there last night, it wouldnt have been the same without him. I agree, sadly it will be rachel in the bottom two everything about her dance and costume was dreadful, I felt really sorry for her but I also agree Kevin is really good.
I missed Julien too and I really hope its Fiona that goes this week but I doubt it.

Still loving Dave he is brilliant and so makes me laugh, I love Mark too.

PPH I doubt if anyone will stop your passion for Artem

So sad for Robin and Deborah tonight

I loved her dance this week and she was getting better by the week

    That was an awful result and I really am so sorry to see Deborah go, I know around week 5 there is always a controversial dance off   and result but that was just too sad for words.

I will definitely be watching it takes two tonight to see Deborah and Robin.
