Don't they grow so quickly, its amazing how fast they change from little yellow chicks into white ducks. They are gorgeous WS and how proud must D&D be they have done such a fantastic job with them all.
Are all the chicks going to stay on the farm WS? i'm now doing my usual silly thing of worrying about them all being split up, it would be lovely if they could all stay together.

Re: Donald & Daisy have Baby's
The Ducklings or perhaps I should say Little Ducks are now 6 weeks old, and they are all being very naughty along with their Mum and Dad they wont go to bed at night. We have all tried everything to get them in at night even throwing stones into the water to try to scare them, but nothing works. We are just keeping our fingers X there are no night time predators around they have been doing it for the last week or so
I have a short nightime Video although its not good quality it shows they are not frightend when you go near them. I will put that on later

Re: Donald & Daisy have Baby's
WOW they are proper little Ducks now I am scared for them WS and you and Mrs S deffo need to be doing shifts, I couldn't bare anything to happen to them or D&D. Can you not get stuff to scare the foxes off maybe there is some nice treat to get them in at night, how about following Mrs S with her tomatoes, if D&D followed her maybe the little ones would as well, its a thought.
Please let them all be ok, my hearts all a dither now with worry, you know me WS, it'll be sleepless nights worrying about them all. I hope your next video isn't too scary.

Re: Donald & Daisy have Baby's
We have tried the Tomatoe trick but that did'nt work either. So we are at a loss as to what to do. I think we can only hope their natural instincts keep them safe, although thats difficult with D&D being brought up by Humans although they must be getting a taste for the wild outdoors, because if they decided to go in so would the Kids.

From little yellow balls of fluff to this in 8 weeks
We got home this afternoon turned into the drive and there they were right in the middle of the drive doing a bit of sunbathing
Then Mrs S went for some tomatoes Donald & Daisy were straight there, but the Kids had'nt had them before
