Lai. I think Joanna Lumley is brilliant. She is so dedicated to the causes she supports.

Re: Todays Smile
Great clip Lai Thanks. I also think Joanna Lumley is fantastic. I know its not Animals, but her support for the Ghurkas who my Dad served with was brilliant, and it was mainly down to her that they got what the deserved

Re: Todays Smile
I so agree WS. My dad served with the Gurkhas in the war aged about 19 and so I support them in every way possible. Amazing soldiers.
Joanna Lumley did great things to help them and she's a real wildlife enthusiast too

Re: Todays Smile
Great clip Lai. Love he way some of them walk with their arms up, it reminds me of people walking into the Sea or a swimming pool. Oooo thats cold , and I'm glad that Baby had the sense to climb on its Mothers back.

Re: Todays Smile
Thanks Lai, you both have quite a stash of these fab clips.
Alot of people are not as found of baboons as other animals, but I think they have a character all their own.

Two great clips and I respect both JL and DA. Loved the way they were eating flowers on their way through the water

Re: Todays Smile
I enjoy finding them SM, sometimes I get a bit carried away with the 'Africa' theme.
Tomorrow's another day .................................... but of course WS might beat me to it

Very true ladies, very true
Both great clips. I'm also a bit fan of JA and what she does for nature
The Baboons certainly made me smile :) How cute did they look wading through the water on their back legs, amazingly human like ! I like the little ones, very

Re: Todays Smile
I love how it is not the birth of a baby to a mother, but the birth of a new member of the family and herd. They all play a part trying to help her stand and protecting her from the predators starting to circle. She is soo sweet.

Catching up on smiles, brilliant of Echo & Ebony
Didn't know Hippo's were related to dolphins & either, how bizarre !
Great shot of all the Hippo's underwater
I know they've got huge mouths/teeth but it's hard to believe they are so dangerous, but they are

Re: Todays Smile
Lovely clip WS and what beautiful markings the pine marten had. I had really hoped to see some when we were in Scotland last year, and went to a cafe where they see them regularly and feed them, but sadly no luck.
Thanks WS

He/She is getting well looked after by that lady
Looked quite young to me but I'm no expert ! Very cute
Have been lucky enough to see a few of these in my time around Scotland.
I seem to remember they have a liking for Jam Sandwiches !!!
