Re: Post WildEarth Pics
Lovely pics Lai and WS, I missed these earlier. It's good to see the Hippo's chilling Lai, i'm not sure if we have seen any standing upright yet have we?
The Hammercop's a clever bird with a false entrance, animals are far cleverer than we give them credit sometimes.
Love the Giraffe Pics WS, we don't really get to see too many of them on the drives do we, you are doing us proud with the Lions the other day and now the Giraffe.

Nice giraffes WS
Not sure about the hippos Littlewid. They were swimming around playing and the others were just chilling, happily ignoring the Hammerkop using them to catch frogs. We never get to see them on dry land, but they graze at night so i guess we won't.

Do these hippos ever move?
Doing what they do best - with the terrapins in tow, and quite a lot of them

Aawwww lovely pictures today Lai and yes a mum and baby Hippo right next to the Buff Boys, very strange but nice to see.
Good to see some activity there today, i've peeped in a bit but it always has a deserted look about it, nice to see the animals back today.
You have really been on cam watch today and it's been lovely.....Thanks lai

Re: Post WildEarth Pics
Just caught the very end of the game drive this morning and they were watching two brown headed parrots. Unfortunately although they zoomed in on them the pictures are not brilliant.
I'm sure others have seen the Brown Headed parrots on the drive before but I think it was a first for me to see them.

Thanks for posting Littlewid - it's a first for me too. i've not caught any drives recently, just an occasional look in so it's great to see the Parrots.

Phew Guys you 've missed some tense moments there. The Lions were all walking past the tree where Mishu the young Leopard was, but although they looked up at the tree. They left him alone as they were full from hunting earlier

WOW, what fantastic photos WS, I would have loved to have seen that. So pleased that Mixo is ok, I havent seen him for a while so it was good to see him. That could have been a dodgy moment with them all being so close to each other, glad everyone is ok.

Nice pics there WS, they do indeed look like a couple of dart boards bless them. It does look as though they have had rain and the vegetation is looking green and lush.

Just had a peek at Wild Earth and found the Turtles, for a change they are hitching a ride on each other and not the Hippo's.
