Re: Animal pictures of the week
Another interesting selection this week - although the trained monkey wearing a mask and a chain round it's neck made me some of the other photos were very sweet.
Thanks Littlewid.

Re: Animal pictures of the week
These pictures are either all just nice or there are a few rogue ones in there. But like you Lai, I prefere to see the natural wildlife ones not the animals dressed up etc.

There were so many amazing pics for me in there this week. Loved the feather Tail Glider,Baby Reindeer,Cashmere Goat and the Migrating Birds and the Praying Mantis looks like a ballet dancer but was impressed with the Mother Hippo and adored the bengal Tiger pic. Read the sad story of the Peacock Hen the other day, that was so sad and didn't realise Pandas would do that.

Some amazing shots and some very cute shots
Black Jaguar and her cub are absolutely beautiful
Such a shame that the 2 week old baby lost its life at Howletts after a second introduction with the Silverback of the group

Great photos again, and I agree with you about the Sloth. Also loved the fox following the beagle Not so keen on the poor monkey wearing a dress Shocking to read about the cubs found in the luggage, fingers crossed they and the bear cub and monkeys all survive and can be released back to the wild.
Thanks Littlewid - I love Saturday mornings

Re: Animal pictures of the week
Another great selection - thanks Littlewid.
I loved the bear cub and the dog, but seriously hope it does go to a wildlife sanctuary.
The baby ele is adorable, the chipmunk looks like it will explode
The leopard on the vehicle, madness, the two photographers then got out of the vehicle and played with the cub, it could have killed them and then what? Talk about irresponsible, and it destroyed their camera/bag. Honestly people are quite insane with wild animals.
Wow - that's some number of penguins!
