I especially love the Pied Wagtail WS - they are such funny little birds, always so inquisitive and don't seem to be that shy - he does look a little cold there doesnt he?

Great photos - thanks WS.

I do like Doves WS, they seem to ooze serenity I think and they look such soft birds. Love the picture, you still have a lot of ice around don't you.

they are great pictures. I am having lots of trouble getting pictures of my little birds. they are just so fast and don't stay around long enough. I was thinking of maybe getting one of those motion activated cameras that you see the wildlife photographers use. I could leave it running while at I'm at work and see the results when I get home Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

That's an idea PPH - sometimes I have to be very patient to get photos and often I am way too slow!

It's strange Lai, we used to have loads where we were before, which is about 7 miles away. Here though we hardly see any, I'm wondering if it's because of the area. There were lots of houses where we were, a bit more urban, now we are on a farm, and its more Rural. So I'm thinking do they keep more to Urban areas.

Good thinking WS - you could be right. A few years ago we used to see a few but recently I've not seen any which is a shame.

We have lots of Starlings here WS, maybe it's because we are semi rural. They are the ones who are always on my feeder but they do grab the food. I haven't seen many little birds, we seem to have the Starlings, Blackbirds, magpies, Seagull and a few Pigeons. I have seen a Robin and I am feeding food that Robins like in the hope he will reappear. I actualy love that photo, its a kind of silohette (sorry spelling is dire thats deffo not right Embarassed )
