Re: Decorah Eagles
Hey everyone! Second pip confirmed! I don't know how to get the screenshots but the confirmation is from RRP. Looks like the meal is now gone and all quiet at the nest. 11:00 pm my time (10:00 at the nest) and still over 23000 watching!

Re: Decorah Eagles
Thanks Ronnie just seen that, I'll PM you a link for a Free Download programe that you can use to take screen shots Ronnie .I think its Mum on the nest now, she usualy does the night shift, and yes its still windy, thats why the parents are not standing up much as they usualy do, they are keeping very low when moving around sl its difficult to get shots.
The new hatchling is callede D12, they do'nt name wild animals, but use numbers instead.
If your having a problem with MW3Snap, and cant sort it Lai, uninstall it, and download it again, if you need the download link let me know, and I'll PM it to you

WS -
It was just lucky timing with the cam panning round. I'm hoping it will do the same again tomorrow.

Just over 55,000 looking at the nest online when I checked just now. Doesn't seem to be quite as windy as yesterday
Great pics Lai Pai, especially the ones on the branch, excellent :)
Good to hear we have a second 'pip' confirmed

Re: Decorah Eagles
We now have two eggs hatched and D12 has had its first real food
Dinner time
Video link to the two hatchling, and D12 feeding, its 12 1/2 min long, if you do'nt have time to watch it all. You must watch it from 8 mins in. It's brilliant

Re: Decorah Eagles
Excellent pics everyone! It is wonderful to see they have finally arrived, now only one straggler to go. I found out just recently we have a nest on UStream right here in Va, just up the road from me. They had two eggs and the little ones are now almost two weeks old! Though the eaglets have yet to be named they ran a contest here to name the mating pair and Virginia and James are their names. The nest is on the James River and i guess Virginia is self explanatory. Oops! Am I allowed to mention other nests here! I sneaked a peek today at work on the phone and there were over 64000 watching!

Re: Decorah Eagles
You certainly are Ronnie the more the merrier. You could start a new thread with the Ustream link on it as well then we can all have a look. Its nice that they name thier Eagles as well, much better than D12 & D13

Re: Decorah Eagles
I check in on the social stream from time to time and people are always getting in trouble for mentioning other nests. Not sure what the big deal is about it but they really don't like it. I like that idea may have to get Virginia and James their own thread. When i checked earlier today only about 1000 watching our Va Eagle family.

Re: Decorah Eagles
Yes I've noticed tha,t as well, the Mods are funny about some things. I posted that I was watching from the UK the other night, and got pulled on that could'nt understand that one. I would have thought they would have been pleased to know people are watching it from all over the world. Would be really good to put Virginia & James on

Re: Decorah Eagles
Well I know we are pleased when we get people all over the world following our Forum, so I did find it strange, however I have to say that the Mods on there, do a really good job, of keeping the chat free of inapropiate language, links, and other things, whenyou consider the number of people viewing, and posting.

Re: Decorah Eagles
Just looking in quickly before work, great to see the eggs have hatched and D12 is gorgeous, wished the name was better though......like the names of Ronnies Eaglets, much better to have names. I haven't got time to check the cam which is a shame but love the pics that have been posted, thanks for the pics and updates everyone
