The parents are doing really well fetching food in as long as there's plenty of food all three should be OK. The problems start if the food supply drops. The stongest will get the most of it

Just checked on the owls and I can only see two, one on the ground and one in the opening, after the cam being down yesterday evening, I am worried something has happened to Tennis Ball the smallest one, if anyone else spots him it would make me very happy.

In your pic from earlier to day WS, I'm sure there is one chick on the ledge. I've just had a peek and im sure at forstthere were 3 but by the time I got the MWsnap up there were only two, but mind you there was alot of wing flapping and a bit of bickering going on, they are definiately growing up and fighting for space.
Barn Owl Cam - Page 3 Mwsnap35 Hopefully we will be back to 3 later.

I'm afraid it's not good news Guys Sad this is a pic from outside the Nest Box, and inside the Nest Box taken at the same time. There are only two, I would guess that one has fallen from the beam they are sitting on.

Thats so sad WS and it looks as if it may have been Tennis Ball that has fallen, I feel quite upset as they were all doing so well and you hope that for once all the chicks are going to be ok, I pray that Beach Ball and Foot Ball stay well, poor little Tennis Ball Crying or Very sad

Just checked in on these two WS and going on the size of them it was definiately Tennis Ball that has been lost, these two are surley Beach Ball and Foot ball. They were very noisy as usual and having a little scrap too, I am wondering if they picked on Tennis Ball, he was always the quieter one and seemed to get caught in the middle of these two.

Yes I think your right LW, although he was the smallest they did'nt really seem to pick him I think he was just knocked off the beam it's narrow, and if he was out, and one of the others came out of the box it could have happened

Whatever happened to him it's a shame WS, he was my favourite as he was smaller and appeared more vulnerable, lets just hope the other two do well which I think they will looking at the size of them.
